Founded by Rachel Goodall, a former teacher, the company aims to offer professional, creative opportunities to its members and, provide a supportive,, safe space for artistic expression.

Inclusive Theatre Company: A dedicated group of about 14-15 local adults with disabilities meets weekly Tuesdays at Fratton Community Centre in Portsmouth to create, rehearse, and perform, often in partnership with professional actors, the company have performed at public events across Portsmouth including Comic Con and Victoria Park and are paid as actors for local film contracts.

 Performances & Projects: They have been involved in high-profile local events, including a, "The Promise" (for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee), and, "D-Day 75" commemorations.   The company is supported by local organizations, including the New Theatre Royal, which provides rehearsal space
